Direction for use :
take shree ganesh khaman mix in a
vessel, add 500 ml. o' water and keep
aside for ten minutes. to prepare two
plates of khaman, divide this mixture
in two equal parts. the spices from the
~ given packet should also be divided into
two equal parts. forsteaming, boil water
in a vessel. take a high-walled plate with
"10"" diameter. apply some oil on the plate"
and warm it. add one portion of spices to
one part of the mix and stir it vigorously.
pour the mixture in the plate and steam it
in the vessel. cover the vessel firmly so
that steam dose not escape. steam for 15
minutes. remove the plate from the vessel.
thus in 15 minutes.
Nylon khaman will be ready. for gamishing,
take 50 gm. of oil anc boil it. add mustard seeds,
asofoetida etc. also add 150ml. water and sprinkle
this mix on the prepared khaman. decorate with
corriander leaves, dry coconut powder and fried
green chillies.
Important : the masala packed should be added at
the time of keeping tha khamn mix in warm plate.
